Dear Finnish Food & Beverage Exporters,

Following our successful invitation seminar, we are thrilled to announce that 19 companies have already pre-registered for the Finland Pavilion at FOODEX JAPAN 2026! Thank you very much for your interest.

We are now moving forward with official registration, and we warmly invite you to secure your participation.

Great News from the Ministry

The Finnish Ministry has confirmed that a subsidy will be granted if 5 or more companies join the Finland Pavilion. Thanks to this support, we can now offer an attractive participation fee of only €9,900 + VAT per company.

What’s Included in the Fee:

  • Booth construction and design
  • Transportation of product samples to Japan
  • Comprehensive consulting services including:
    • Japan market entry advice
    • Translation of product materials into Japanese
    • On-site interpretation during the exhibition
    • Invitation of potential customers and partners

The FOODEX Finland Pavilion Organizing Committee is a cooperation partner of Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy who are the trusted experts with years of experience organizing successful Finnish Pavilions at FOODEX and other major international exhibitions.

The Finland Pavilion will provide a high quality platform for the exhibitors. The organizers also aim to secure an excellent location for the Pavilion. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.

 A special reception at the venue is also being planned in collaboration with Nordic partners to further boost exposure and networking.
